TransactFile is workflow software for real estate transaction coordination: timelines, tasks, document status, and communication drafts. It is a tool that supports your work; it does not replace your judgment. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your files, for meeting your deadlines, and for everything you send.
TransactFile does not provide legal advice, brokerage services, or compliance review. AI-extracted values are proposals that you confirm; contract deadlines are computed from encoded form rules, and you should verify anything that matters against the contract itself. Your brokerage’s system of record remains the document of record.
Your data belongs to you. Your documents live in your own Google Drive, not on our servers. You can export your workspace data at any time, and you can leave with it. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
Keep your sign-in to yourself, add only people you trust to your workspace, and do not use the service to send spam, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attempt to access another workspace’s data.
Pricing in effect when you subscribe is honored as stated at signup. Founding-member pricing is locked for the life of the subscription it was offered with, for as long as the subscription stays active.
TransactFile is under active development and is provided as is. We work to keep it fast and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and features may change as the product grows. If a change removes something you rely on, tell us; that feedback carries real weight here.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
